ChildFund Ireland is a proud member of the Irish Consortium on Gender Based Violence (ICGBV). ‘Moving Beyond Fear’ is the title of this years annual conference in Dublin where guest speakers include former President Mary Robinson, White Ribbon advocate Tom Meagher, and Fiona Sampson, Executive Director of The Equality Effect.

 In tandem with our #freefromviolence campaign, ChildFund Ireland wants to see the eradication of all forms of violence against children, including the scourge of GBV that blights the  lives of so many across the world.  The #16Days campaign is designed to raise awareness of this hugely important issue and to promote this years event.  Watch out for ChildFund Ireland’s key message across our social media platforms on December 4th.  Support us by re-Tweeting using the hashtag #16Days and sharing our Facebook posts with your friends, family and colleagues.
