ChildFund CEO Kevin Hyland will join Ireland’s UN Ambassador H.E. Geraldine Byrne Nason in New York this Friday for an influential gathering examining ways to combat human trafficking

Dublin, November 6th, 2018

A highly significant gathering will take place this Friday at the United Nations to explore practical ways to eradicate human trafficking.  It is envisaged that the meeting will see the creation of an anti-human trafficking worldwide group –  ‘whose synergy more successfully impacts the areas of fighting all forms of human trafficking, sexual exploitation,. forced labour and organ harvesting, for working towards a common goal’.

ChildFund CEO Kevin Hyland was instrumental in bringing the influential participants together for this important event that is being co-sponsored by the Permanent Mission of Ireland to the United Nations, represented by H.E. Geraldine Byrne Nason.

Mr Hyland acts in an advisory capacity for of a number of leading ant-trafficking organisations, including the McCain Institute and the Santa Martha Group who are both participating in Fridays event.
